The C.C.S. form is not intended for involuntary signups from a third party individual. Our experience shows that unsolicited signing up for the C.C.S may delay a person’s decision to turn to Alcoholics Anonymous for help. Instead please have the “inside” A.A. complete the form and contact us directly so that we can assist them in their C.C.S. request.
